About us
Modeve Group is a smart-systems and software company founded in Egypt. We connect a building's systems, from control and security to the network and the software, into one path designed for each project.
What we work on
Our work began in smart-building solutions: designing a space, fitting it with systems run from one interface, then operating and maintaining them. Over time the path grew to include what those systems actually depend on: a network designed before the devices, protection for the perimeter and the data together, and software that brings operation into one place.
Where we work
We take project enquiries from Egypt and the Gulf. Service scope and delivery arrangements are agreed for each project after reviewing its location and current stage, and from the first conversation we make clear what our team delivers and what is coordinated with other parties.
How we work
- 01
We read the plan and the daily use before choosing any device.
- 02
We design the network and infrastructure first, because everything after it depends on it.
- 03
We choose systems that integrate with each other, not a separate device for each function.
- 04
We hand over a clear operating interface, and agree maintenance arrangements before handover, not after.
What we hold to
- Honesty
- we say what we can deliver, and do not promise what we cannot.
- Reliability
- systems that work every day, not only in the demo.
- Transparency
- a clear scope and a clear cost before work starts.
- Confidentiality
- your project's drawings and data stay within the work on it.
- Commitment
- what we agree in the scope is what we hand over.
- Innovation where it serves
- we choose the technology that serves the place, not the newest for its own sake.
It starts with a short conversation.
Tell us the project type, where it is and what stage it has reached, and we come back with what we need to know before defining the scope.
