Security & Access Control

Cameras, alarm and access control working as one layer, designed around the perimeter of the place and its entry points rather than around a device catalogue.

Who this is for

  • A home or villa that wants basic protection for the entrance and boundary without turning the house into a control room.
  • A residential building that needs access control for entrances, garage and common areas, and surveillance that does not intrude on the units.
  • A workplace or commercial space that needs different access rights for staff, visitors and suppliers, and a record of who entered and when.

Elements of the security layer

Surveillance cameras
Positions chosen from the plan to cover the perimeter and entry points, recording to a network recorder inside the premises with a retention period set by the owner.
Intrusion alarm
Door, window and motion sensors, with zones armed partly or fully, and alerts on the phone and the control panel.
Access control
Cards, codes or fingerprint depending on the place, rights by person and by time, and an entry log that can be reviewed.
Smart doors
Locks and door units tied into access control and scenes, so the whole place locks with one scene on leaving.
Control room or monitoring interface
In large buildings, a control room that brings cameras, alarm and access together; in a home, one interface on the phone and the panel.

Why the network is part of security

Cameras and access devices are network devices. We place them on a managed network segmented from the user network, with their own credentials and regular updates, so that the security layer does not become the weakest point in the place.

Privacy inside the place

Camera positions, recording retention and who may view footage are agreed with the owner before implementation, and in shared buildings the privacy of units and private areas is respected.

How we work on this service

  1. 01

We draw the perimeter and entry points on the plan, and decide what is watched, what is locked and what raises an alarm.

  2. 02

We choose the devices after that, so cameras, alarm and access run on one monitoring platform.

  3. 03

We implement on a network prepared for it, and test every point before handover.

  4. 04

We hand over with a walkthrough of managing rights and recordings, and agree maintenance.

What helps us most

  • Type of place, number of entrances and floors.
  • Who enters the place: residents, staff, visitors, suppliers.
  • Whether existing systems must be integrated or replaced.
  • Recording and retention requirements, if any.

Service scope and delivery arrangements are agreed for each project. We take project enquiries from Egypt and the Gulf.
