What we design
- Lighting and scenes
- Lighting circuits divided to follow the architecture, with ready scenes for morning, evening, hosting and sleep, run from a panel, a phone or a schedule.
- Motorised blinds and shutters
- Motors tied into the same scenes, so blinds open with the morning scene and shutters close with the leaving scene.
- Air conditioning and climate control
- Integration with existing or new AC units, with scheduling and presence sensors that reduce running in empty rooms.
- Audio and home cinema
- Multi-room audio and a cinema room run from the same interface, not a separate remote for each system.
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Sensors and smart outlets where they add real value: consumption, water leaks, presence, air quality.
- One interface
- A wall panel and a phone app that show the place as it is, floors, rooms and scenes, not a list of devices.
In the villa
Everyday comfort comes first: lighting scenes that follow the architecture, blinds and climate on one operating logic, and audio in the spaces that are actually used. A basic security layer for the entrance can be added from the Security & Access Control service when needed.
In the residential building or workplace
Shared, scalable systems come first: common-area lighting on schedules and sensors, a planned network structure reaching every unit or department, access control for entrances and shared areas, and the option to fit out units or departments in phases.
How we work on this service

We read the plan and the daily use: who lives or works in the place, and where they spend their time.

We fix the infrastructure before the devices: cable routes, panel positions and wireless points.

We choose systems that integrate through known protocols, so the place is not locked to a single vendor.
- 04
We hand over the interface with short training, and agree scheduled maintenance and software updates.
